What a wonderful experience we had! Joshua went above and beyond to make sure our granddaughter drove away, a couple hours after arriving, in a beautiful car that she was so happy with. Our entire time there we felt welcomed and heard about what our exact needs and wants were. He was not only well-informed but made sure we were also. I tried to enjoy my experience here, but after purchasing the car I was told week after week the title couldn't be retrieved. In that time span I started having car troubles. I haven't asked for them to fix it because I bought it as is. But there are problems. When the title did come in, it was 4 days before my temporary expires. I asked for an extention because I've had to wait all this time and was told no. I Wish my experience was better.
