Thank you to my salesman Dylan. He was very friendly and could tell he was excited to do his job. I bought a 2016 Jeep Patriot for $4,700. .I have always loved Headers and defend them to anyone who talks bad about them. They buy tons of used cars and don’t take the time to make sure everything is good on them before selling them. It’s the type of car lot they are. This is why they have sooo many vehicles to choose from at very reasonable prices. It is up to you as the buyer to make sure everything is good with the car before buying it. I am so glad I stopped in here yesterday. I was getting so exhausted from car shopping the last week and I had so many options to choose from here I didn’t have to go anywhere else! Headers has done a full 360 from how they used to be 5-6 years ago. They were honest to me about the cars with issues and made sure I got into a car that was a good fit for me. And if you owe them just call and try to work something out they’re very lenient. I’m glad tjey have a whole new team because the ppl before didn’t care as much they just wanted your money. This new team cares and will get you in something affordable And reliable. They get 5 stars from me for outstanding service.

Bought a vehicle from Headers end of June. Had it for not even 2 weeks and the engine is toast. They knew they were selling me crap too because they made me sign an “as is” contract. However no issues with the engine were made aware. Vehicle ran perfectly fine for 2 weeks. Crazy how all of a sudden if takes a crap. I know for a fact they knew about it now me, my husband, and my 1 year old are left without a vehicle because we cant afford to replace the engine or get a new car. Dont go here. They will rob you of your money.

Has a lot of options of cars but would not recommend if your looking for a reliable vehicle at all, purchased a 2018 Ford Escape just for the engine to give out 2 months later, staff is okay but overall just disappointed I trusted this establishment to offer me an reliable vehicle. The salesmen I worked with know nothing about any of the cars when asked about any of the dash warning lights. Asked questions about check engine light and he said I don’t know it could be anything. Will jot be purchasing a vehicle from here ever again and I do not recommend any purchase a “Lemon” from this place.

Called in for a 2011 town and country was told it was in good condition nothing wrong with the transmition drivable when me and my girlfriend came in I was told they had it mixed up and that van for 2000 had a bad transmition and that a 2013 they had was the one that was fine costing 3000 had 154000 miles on it everything seemed fine took 3 weeks to complete due to some complications after signing came to find before going to the dmv that the vihical was rolled back it actually had over 187000 miles it was never brout up to us and the odometer disclosure paper says 154000 no check box saying it was inacerate allso come to find my transmition has issues. I called and spoke with a manager who talked to a higher power and told me because it was already signed for and that I had it for almost a month there was nothing they could do for me even though there paper work that they had us sign was misleading and fraudulent I work 6 days a week and they rather me go to a atourny waste both of are times and have me mis work to fix this situation that was there employe mistake for misleading this vihicale to us and told do what you have to do I just want my money back even a little less sens I drove it for bit and you can sell the car again wouldn't be nothing to your dealership why put me threw this stress over whats probably a vary little amount of money to you it takes me months and months to save up that kind of money it was your employees fault you should just make it right anyway im very stress I definitely recommend to watch these guys pulling one over on you as of right now 1 star very disappointed
