My husband and I bought our F150 from Riteway. We met Jim who brought us the keys to the vehicle we were looking at. Jim treated us well right from the start. We were considering trading in an older vehicle, however due to the condition of the car it was pointed out that we could sell the car ourselves and get the cash for it. We looked at a truck that we really liked. When we arrived to pick up the truck, it was parked, ready for us, temporary license already in place. All we had to do was sign, make payment and go. We are very happy with our purchase!

My wife & I just recently worked with Brittney and I couldn’t be more happier to work with her. She was absolutely amazing. My wife isn’t the easiest to please and after dealing with us for THREE long days and making it feel like home every second in that office, she finally made her decision. These ppl are crooks (PRICE-BATE AND SWITCH) Your sales person Brittany did NOT tell us the whole truth she was vague enough to keep things legal.. but legal is NOT always morale. We are an army gold star family with 5 children and live on an fixed income and $20,000 was legally stolen from us BY RiteWay auto... As we were signing the paper work there were a few DETAILS that were not disclosed face to face. We took riteway auto at there word. ( yup we took these ppl at there word and were legally stolen from go figure) obviously we as buyers WE made some mistakes in this situation by not paying !!!CLOSE!!! Extremely close details in the paperwork we were excited about getting a new car and that sales lady was awful chatty .. no matter how you slice the pie a half truth is still a whole lie but "just enough to keep things legal so RITWAY AUTO CANNOT be healed legally responsible.. and that is there legal out so they are not held responsible legally. I think the word for such things is "probabil denialability "and because of RITE WAY AUTO...OUR FAMILY GOT SCREWED WITH A $20,000 DOLLAR NOTE ON A $8,999 car that includes the $4500 we put down in cash because our family vehicle was totaled in a wreck roughly and 5 months obviously if you have a family of 5 kids and 2 adults you need a vehicle to take care of them... i mean reallylet think about this who in the right mind would agree to pay $20,000 for a vehicle only worth $7,000... we were a 12000 mile warranty was included with financing and that we could purchase additional warranty however we were NOT that it was REQUIRED and that this warranty that was "INCLUDEDIN THE FINANCING" costing $3900 extra... and just as a cherry on top the check engine light came on 3 days after purchase and that who different story
