R&B Car Company South Bend

I was very impressed with the professionalism that Tasha, displayed. She was very, very friendly and like a normal salesperson, her first answer was, "I don't think we can come down on the price" but I will ask, after my husband suggested the best price, lol. As a salesperson myself, selling rvs, I said the exact same thing, lol. She was very responsive to our questions about the history of the truck and was not pushy, after we told her, we needed to go look at a couple others and we'd be back on Monday if we decided the truck fit our criteria. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant and because of the way we were treated, we went back on Monday and bought that truck. I'm thinking about trading in my mercedes and if I do, and R&B have something i'm interested in, I will definitely go back there. I'd say ask for Tasha, but it seemed like most of the salespeople who were interacting with other customers enjoyed what they were doing. Our first choice would be Tasha but I think you would win with any of them that I observed with the interaction with their customers. We have had the truck about three weeks, and so far, everything is perfect.It's not brand new, it is a 2019 but it sounds and rides like it's brand new. R&B Car Company is the place to go if you want honest to goodness, feel at home, with family salespeople. 5 STAR DEALERSHIP

I’ve had a WONDERFUL experience with R&B!!! Andy took care of me 100%. When I had obstacles come up, he was patient and kind and worked with me, kept in touch through the whole thing, and was there a couple of weeks later when I was ready to purchase my 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe! He got me a great rate and was all around great! I also purchased from him in 2014 and had a great experience then too! Thank you so much R&B! Smoothest experience I've ever had! Aaron was absolutely amazing to work with!. Pulling cars from multiple lots for me, extremely patient and informative at every step, messaged me updates at every turn! My girlfriend needs a car as well, and we will DEFINETLY be returning to see if they can help her as well! Definetly reccomend R&B as a whole, everyone was super nice and helpful, no answers unless they were 100%confident in their information, but I cannot reccomend Aaron enough! Amazing experience with R&B Car Company and especially with Cory at their South Bend location. Messaged Cory on a Wednesday about looking at a truck he got back to me very quickly and we set the appointment and on Thursday sent me a picture of them getting the truck ready for our appointment. Made the 3 hour drive on Saturday and was greeted happily by Cory who informed me they were still putting the final touches are the vehicle so we talked and started on the financial paperwork. Test drove the vehicle and by the time I got back already had multiple lenders approved for financing. Cory was very knowledgeable and really helped securing my decision on this vehicle. The whole process at R&B from start to finish was amazing and couldn’t recommend them more, everyone that helped me was awesome and their location is really telling that they take a lot of pride in their work. 5 stars all the way.
