Straight forward and honest!
Just bought a used acura here and had a quick, easy, courteous experience. Everyone was nice. I knew I was buying the car as-is and I was getting a good price. After I bought the car I filled up the near empty tank and took it to my mechanic to look over and get an oil change and fluids topped off. He said everything looked good. I was happy with my experience here.
I bought a SUV. Paid cash. Have Bill of sale. It needed work done. He said he would work with me to make the repairs. Paid 350 then he started saying he was looking for me a different vehicle. Made it clear I didn't want a different vehicle. Paid the last payment for the repairs. He is still insisting on trying to get me a different vehicle. And why is he . In my opinion. He can put it on his lot and get twice the amount of money.
I BROUGHT A CAR FROM LDP LAST YEAR THE EMPLOYEE RONNIE WAS A COOL PERSON BUT HIS SISTER IS ONE OF THE MOST RUDEST INDIVIDUALS TO EVER WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE CAR I BROUGHT LAST YEAR WAS HAVING ISSUES A LIL WHILE AFTER WE GO IT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO FIX IT BUT NEVER DID JUST FOR IT TO BREAKDOWN AND I HAD TO GET ANOTHER ONE AND A FEW WEEKS AFTER HAVING THIS CAR WE START HAVING ISSUES JUST TO HAVE TO GET A NEW ALTERNATOR, ALTERNATOR AND A BATTERY. I'M AT THE POINT IM STARTING TO MISS PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION AFTER DEALING WIT THIS PLACE
