I had an amazing experience at this dealership! Jami and Blake were absolutely awesome throughout the entire process. Everyone was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. What really stood out was that even the owner took the time to come over, shake my hand, and make me feel welcome. He was very hospitable, approachable, and truly values his customers. In my opinion, this is one of the best dealerships in South Bend, Indiana. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free and professional car-buying experience. Omari is the place to shop for a used car/suv/truck. The staff there is above and beyond AMAZING! Jamie and Amalia worked with my husband and I throughout the whole process. Even when the finance company threw a curve ball, Jamie made it happen! He was able to attain an affordable payment that worked with our budget! A week previously I was at Gurley Leep looking at a vehicle. The salesman there was just looking for a sell and didn't take the time, care or consideration that Jamie did! Omari superseded my expectations as I approached the daunting task of buying a car for the first time on my own. As a single woman, I had heard horror stories from other women friends (who went elsewhere) about salespeople talking down to them, or leaving feeling taken advantage of. I, on the other hand, felt taken care of from start to finish. I went in knowing the car I was interested in - It was so new to the lot that it didn't even have a price listed on it yet! I fell in love with it on my test drive, swung by a mechanic friend of mine to get it checked out (worried it was too good to be true...) and it got a clean bill of health. On my way back to the lot, I feared I'd get there and they'd quote me an exhorbitant price that my little single-income, teacher salary would not be able to afford, but no - it was very reasonable. Keith took care of me from start to finish, assuring me they'd make it possible for me to find a car for my 5 kids. Jaime looked high and low to make sure I could find a financing deal that didn't stress my income and fit comfortably into my budget. They detailed the car perfectly and I left feeling like the luckiest car-shopper in the world. Thank you, Omari (especially Keith and Jaime), for making this a completely painless process. Everybody there was great. They treat us with full respect very friendly, and they live up to their words. Whatever they say they were going to do. They did from the sales person the service people who cleaned up my car everyone was excellent.
