Dave Spencer was our salesman, he went above and beyond for my husband and I. We traded in a 2020 Ford Expedition for this beauty. He understood we were possibly looking to downsize, since are kids drive themselves now, but knew we still needed a third row, to fit my family of 6. We test drove quite a bit, and we fell in love with the Aviator. I told him exactly what I wanted, and I was not going to budge, as this is a brand new vehicle and this would be our last vehicle purchase for quite some time. They also transferred my warranty I had with my Expedition and gave me a good credit towards the new warranty for this vehicle.
