The one star is for Joel. We Bought a vehicle from Joel. In the 1st week we had the car a total of 3 days In the 1st 48 hrs the car stalled out with engine trouble. A week later the check engine light comes on for 12 hrs. A day after that the heat shield is completely dragging under the tires. My husband goes to ask Joel to remove it. Joel meets him with combativeness and accusations. My husband walks out on Joel and goes to Elkhart where they were COMPLETELY understanding. Joel calls me and leaves a voicemail trying to again just accuse and argue. We will do any future business with the Elkhart location.
