During the entire purchasing process, he made sure to explain everything clearly so that there would be no surprises. This was all done in a timely manner and got us into the car in a few hours. Brandon paid for new tires on the car as part of the sale. But then we discovered after we got the car home that the antenna mast and trunk mat were missing. He is taking care of those items for us. He also paid for the replacement of the headlamp bulbs and the repair of a small coolant leak we discovered a week later.
