There were no fees involved and they cut me a check in a timely manner. I feel like I was treated fairly and with respect. I would highly recommend this service! I would also consider buying a Buick from them in the future based on this positive experience.
I worked in customer service for more then 30 years. I know what it means to give and get great service. My father died suddenly and I came into the dealership to get an estimate to see if I could sale his SUV that he had purchased from Tom Kelley’s. I was introduced to Kevin Finn. He gave me a estimate as to what the vehicle was worth. I was very comfortable working with him and he explained the whole process step by step. I couldn’t asked for better customer service. Laughable....took my 2006 Lucerne 135k miles there to get appraised, I already know what it's worth, however, the guy here said it's worth $1500. LOL he told me the car is in "Fair" condition. Mind you, the car has absolutely 0 rust on body or frame, no rips or tears in leather or interior anywhere. The body has some small scratches a buffer would take out with a 1 step correction. KBB has it valued at 5k they offer $1500 because he graded the car as "Fair" condition. Typical dealership, thinking they can get over on people. NOT this one!
