I had the best service today ay Kelly Buick SW! Jake was my advisor today and Lucus was also around for counseling if needed. Both guys are super nice and helped me with several issues! Nothing major and I was only in for an oil change but they had my car floors vacuumed ...(and they really needed it!!!) I had managed to get some paint scraped off the front passenger side and Jake was so nice he used the touchup paint I had bought from Kelly's months ago and did a super job off touching all the scrapes up!! My hand has a slight shake now so I was not able to do it. Both young men are wonderful and I am lucky to know them!!

Nice selection of vehicles, polite, attentive, and knowledgeable sales staff. They make the buying process more comfortable.

I got a Chevy Malibu around feb-mar from Jim Schmidt. Best experience ever, I went to many other dealerships around the Fort Wayne area and nothing compared to them! I found my car within minutes of driving it, they fixed the minor issues wrong and made me very comfortable knowing the car was being handled with care! So far no issues and if so they have checked and made sure I am driving a reliable car. Also the prices are 100 times better than anything I saw before I found what I wanted with them!

I bought my car and I’ve been getting regular maintenance done here for about three years. Never had any issues until last week. I was in for my routine oil change and I let my advisor Peter know that I could hear grinding noises coming from my brakes. He said they would do a 5 point inspection. He called me and told me the car was ready and that my brake pads were fine and that my pads still had a good 10,000 miles on them. I said to Peter, “ then why are they grinding”? He said to me that they did a 5 point inspection and brakes are fine. As soon as I drove off the lot my brakes were still grinding. I needed a second opinion. I couldn’t get my car to a different shop for 5 days so I had to park my car until then because my brakes were so bad! Went to the other shop, Best Deal Auto on Goshen Rd. I highly recommend! They told me my brake pads were visibly bad. They fixed my car thank goodness! I called Peter my advisor from Kelly automotive and had to leave a voicemail. I explained why I needed to hear back from him, that I was very unsatisfied with their service. I never heard back from them.

0 stars if I could. I recently went through a very disappointing experience at Kelley Chevrolet while trying to purchase a 2018 used car. From the beginning, I was clearly told that my monthly payments would fall within a specific range that I was comfortable with. I even agreed to a very generous down payment based on that verbal agreement. Everything seemed set — until the next day. I received a call informing me that not only would my monthly payments be almost double what was originally discussed, but the interest rate would be a shocking 24%. With my fair credit score, I know I qualify for something in the 13–17% range, which is consistent with national averages. It felt like the dealership had zero intention of trying to work with me, especially when it came to the value of my trade-in. To make matters worse, the entire situation was shrugged off and blamed entirely on the lenders. That’s not how this works — dealerships have leverage and flexibility if they choose to use it. Clearly, it seemed like they didn’t want to put in the effort and preferred an "easier sale" to a different customer. This is incredibly frustrating because I bought my first car from Kelley Chevrolet and walked in expecting a relationship built on trust and integrity. Sadly, that trust was broken. I guess that car wasn’t meant to be — and honestly, I’m moving on to better things. To Brett and Mike — if that sale was worth losing a loyal customer over, I hope it was worth it. You lost more than a deal — you lost credibility.
