I purchased a 2018 BMW 330i Xdrive, there was a lapse in communication at first about problems I was experiencing with the vehicle, but after having the opportunity to speak directly with Adam Sinclair we were able to get the problems fixed with no additional out of pocket expenses. After having the vehicle for about a month I started experiencing transfer case problems, Barts set it up to have the car looked at by Unique Auto Repair, they discovered the transfer case was programmed locked and needed to be replaced completely. Barts passed along the warranty on the unit and saved me $3,000.00 on the repair. I would highly recommend that you reach out directly to Adam if you are experiencing any issues with a vehicle purchased through Barts Car Store and give him the opportunity to help resolve the issue and get it fixed, he helped me with a major repair and saved me the out of pocket expenses of diagnosing the vehicle as well as the repair costs.

I had bought a 2013 ford escape which had some problems occur after a couple months of owing it and I called barts and they made it their mission to find me a replacement as soon as they could. The staff are all very respectful and make it their goal to make sure you get your car. Love this place affordable cars and great atmosphere.
