I’ll be honest, I was a little leery at first because I’ve dealt with dealerships before, but they completely changed my perspective. By the end of the whole experience, I felt like family. I’ve bought quite a few vehicles over the years, and I can honestly say I’ve never had an experience like this. The whole team worked hard to get me the best deal possible and will work with you no matter how long it takes. If you’re looking for a dealership that actually cares and puts in the effort, this is the place to go.

Brandon offered us multiple solutions and opportunities to try out different vehicles to see what best fit our needs. He was very knowledgeable about the 2026 Equinox we purchased and answered all of the questions we had about all the new technology on board. This young man serves your dealership well. I normally do not leave negative reviews, but my experience with Kenny Kent Chevrolet left me extremely concerned about both their professionalism and sales practices. After reviewing my buyer’s order following the purchase of my vehicle, I discovered a $1,960 service contract added into my lease agreement for a 24 month / 30,000 mile plan. While I did sign paperwork related to the extended warranty/service contract during the finance process, the issue is that the finance manager, Valerie, never clearly disclosed what the product actually was, the total cost of it, or that it was an optional add-on increasing the cost of my lease. The way the paperwork was presented and explained was, in my opinion, misleading and did not accurately represent what I was agreeing to financially. What makes this even more concerning is that the section of the buyer’s order related to optional products appears to require customer initials for authorization, and there were no initials from either myself or my wife in that section approving the add-on. As a customer, it is extremely frustrating to discover after the fact that nearly $2,000 in additional charges were built into a lease agreement without a clear and transparent explanation. Customers should never leave a dealership uncertain about what they actually signed or how much optional products are affecting their payment. What made the situation even more concerning was the overall atmosphere at the dealership. While inside Kenny Kent Chevrolet, I personally witnessed one of the sales employees publicly berating a front desk employee and saying, “Get away from me, I don’t even want to look at you anymore,” in front of customers. Seeing behavior like that toward another employee reflected very poorly on the professionalism and culture of the dealership. I went into this purchase wanting to support a local business and expected honesty and transparency throughout the process. Instead, I left feeling like important financial details were either glossed over or misrepresented during the finance signing process. I am still hoping Kenny Kent Chevrolet chooses to handle this matter in good faith and resolve the issue professionally without requiring outside escalation. Until then, I strongly encourage anyone purchasing a vehicle there to carefully review every line of every document before signing, especially optional add-ons and finance products.
