Be aware of their "bait and switch" tactic. Dpatrick will post "ghost vehicle" on their website just to get you in. 2 straight times in a week dpatrick said they have vehicle in database but they cant locate vehicle or its been sold. The reality is they are not interested selling you a vehicle that you pick out, they are only interested selling you a vehicle thats been sitting on their lot for too long cause they are losing money on it each day. Watch out when they say "we have other options you will qualify for"...walk away. You can file complaint to FTC that dealership posting "ghost inventory". UPDATE: The owner replied below claiming my statements are "categorically false." However, my text history with their sales team proves this happens systematically across multiple vehicles. Vehicle 1 (A week ago): I inquired about a specific vehicle, and after stalling, the salesperson texted me: "I called my manager and it looks like it just got a finalized deal on it recently. Im so sorry about that! We do have hundreds of other options though... Vehicle 2 (This week): I tried again on a completely different vehicle listed online for $13,108. The response? The exact same script. They texted: "I am showing it as still available but haven't located the car yet." Minutes later, they tried to pivot me into a credit check, texting: "We want you to shop in confidence so when you are here and have all the documents and application filled out. We will show all the vehicles you would be qualified for." They publicly call my review false, but their own texts confirm that every time you ask for a specific car, they "can't locate it" or it "just sold," immediately followed by high-pressure tactics to get your financial documents and push you onto "other options." The paper trail doesn't lie. I have screen shots to prove it.
