D-Patrick Online

I absolutely hated the idea of purchasing a new car, pushy salesperson, crazy prices and so many questions. This is the first time I did not have any of those issues and it went so smoothly! I have never purchased a car online before and was really concerned with trying to buy something sight unseen. D Patrick Online was absolutely amazing!! They communicated with me throughout the entire process. Chelsea and Dan texted late on Fri and then on Sat. I heard from Matt on Mon and he explained all the finance paperw9rk and that he was getting it ready to be sent and I received it within 30 mins. I was able to read over everything online and digitally sign it and send it back. Chelsea called me within a couple hours to arrange delivery and she said they could get it delivered later that afternoon! I was so excited that I wouldn't have to wait for days or weeks for it to get to me. I received another text with a picture of Steve who would be delivering my car ( to Nashville, TN) so I knew who to watch for! Steve called when he was off the interstate and was close to my house to let me know he was almost there and to get clear directions to my house. He should up within a few mins and introduced himself. He explained he would be taking a few pics of the car and then we would sit down and go over the paperwork I needed to sign before he left. After the pictures we sat in the car and talked through the paperwork and got everything signed and Steve asked if it would be ok to take my Pic with the bought 100% online sign and I gladly took that pic! Thanks yo everyone at D Patrick for the communication and ease in buying a car totally online! It's been a week and I absolutely love my car, it's perfect!!

I cannot believe the amazing experience I had buying a car completely online with D Patrick. Simply amazing! Myka was so communicative and professional! Everyone was so easy to work with. And I didn’t spend an entire day sitting around a dealership. From start to finish, this was a superb experience! Job well done!

Recently purchased a Jeep Compass completely virtually through D-Patrick. Chelsea, Myka, Brent and Steve were amazing, friendly, and made the process so easy. They also found me a much better rate than my bank offered! And we love the Jeep. Delivery was arranged quickly, and it is exactly as expected.

I purchased my previous car with Carvana, and the experience was great. I've had poor experiences with dealers in the past, sitting in dusty offices waiting all afternoon for paperwork. The car I wanted wasn't available on Carvana, so I reluctantly looked around online. I found the car I wanted with D-Patrick. I live 7 hours away from them, so I was not sure how things would work out, but everyone was attentive, courteous and helpful. They delivered my car today, and Tyler was just as nice as anyone could ask. It was a much better experience than I've ever had buying in store. Thanks guys!
