We came in to test drive certain cars with the help of Alex Fishell. He was very attentive and made sure his focus was on what we wanted and did everything he could to get us the desired car. He travelled back and forth with us to pick up cars without a care or thought of any inconvenience. The staff were happy to help in anyway that they could in a timely manner. I recently purchased a 2022 Land Rover Range Rover Sport HSE from Green Certified West after trading in my 2021 Toyota 4Runner TRD Off-Road Premium. This was hands down the best vehicle-buying experience of my life. I’ve purchased approximately ten vehicles throughout my lifetime, and I even have family members who work in the car business. I’ve bought vehicles from my relatives at dealerships and received great deals from them. However, I have to say—and I say this with the utmost respect to my family—the experience and the deal I received at Green Certified West was superior to all of them. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was exceptionally friendly, courteous, and professional. My salesman, Colt, was attentive and genuinely invested in making sure I was satisfied. He even came in on his day off to ensure the deal was completed properly. The finance manager and all the managers on staff—including a wonderful lady manager—made me feel valued. The finance manager was incredibly friendly, courteous, and explained everything clearly. The technology they used was state-of-the-art for the extended warranty and title transfer. I was in and out in fifteen minutes with all my paperwork completed and ready to drive home with my new vehicle.
