Green Dodge Ram

I had a truly wonderful experience buying my 2007 Kia Rondo from Green Dodge Ram recently, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from Jay. Jay was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He didn't pressure me at all, and he took the time to really understand what I was looking for. He answered all my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the process.Finding a reliable car can be stressful, but Jay made it a smooth and enjoyable experience. I'm so happy with my Rondo and would highly recommend Jay to anyone looking for a car. He's a true professional and a great asset to the dealership!

These guys are the best! Luke and Carly are both professional, courteous, and on top of it. I had Carly for the first recall and Luke for the 2nd. Both kept me informed through the whole process and made it as easy on me as possible. I'm not sure what the tech's name was that worked on the van but he deserves praise as well. Taking the time to do the recall with care and thought means I dont have to worry about persihing on the side of the highway in a huge ball of flames. Thanks bro! Bottom line if you need something fixed on your vehicle, and you want it done properly, you have to bring it to, Green Dodge on Wabash!

We recently purchased a 2024 Jeep Grabd Cherokee from Green Dodge. Our salesman was Dylan White. Dylan did a great job and didn’t pressure us to buy any extra warranty or special services. He worked hard to get us the deal we wanted and it was overall a good car buying experience!

Tread lightly. Green dodge in Springfield IL WILL give you the shaft. Bought a used truck 3/26 went back in next week for a knocking motor.(15 day warranty) I was told it was normal operation and that their techs are very skilled and have a lot of expierence in ram trucks. Service replaced manifolds and lifters on a knocking motor trying to convince me they fixed it. I was gaslit , lied to , and manipulated into thinking there was nothing wrong with my truck. I took it to a dodge dealer with a good reputation. They immediately showed me another truck that they were about to replace the motor in. Sure enough it was the same noise. I was disrespected , belittled , and even yelled at by their classy service manager , all in an attempt to save a buck. After 3 months of arguing w green Jackson Waggoner wrote me a letter saying they would replace my motor “as a courtesy” because I wasn’t happy with my purchase. Picked up my truck last week of july. They wrote me service paperwork saying the original motor had 2 failed rod bearings and metal in the oil. Which is shocking because “all hemi motors make that noise” they even had the audacity to show me another knocking truck to make it seem normal. If you don’t have any mechanical knowledge , are a female , or in-expierence in buying cars. This place will burry it deep and have no morality while doing so. Go elsewhere if you want spend your money with a honest reputable dealer -Xavier Miller 8/2026 2017 ram 1500 Ps- the only people that have shown mutual respect are the detail kid and Mitch in sales.
