It was fair, loving my car but I have a issue with the review mirror. I bought the prestige kia sportage. It says online to get the nice review mirror you have to get the prestige. I love my car but what A cheap review mirror. Can you help me get the better one that if should have come with. Thank you

I suggest going elsewhere. Car was scratched before possession of car. They swirled the paint after washing it aswell. We told them not to even wash it we have carwash club. Sadly they scratched it all up. We was told they fix it do whatever to make us happy. Was told to take back have their detailer fix issues and ceramic coat it as a courtesy. Well we went to pick up car thinking it'd be better and Shiney from detail. Nope they made it worse. Was promised once again theyd take care no worries. They had us take to a paint shop they choose.They qouted $7000 worth of damage. Before that we was giving 3 options. 1 was to fix it. 2 was trade it out for same car reimbursement for tint. 3 was possible payout. Was told they do whatever was better for us. Well after getting estimate they told us no way would they pay. We said we do the trade for same car than. Was told buy josh Wagner Co owner that all previous deals are now gone. We will only buy car back and we can go else where. That we lied and we damaged car. I have all texts calls recorded for proof. I wouldn't believe anything they say without it in writing. I would also look car over very well before driving off. Our car was a 2026 kia k5 gt line with 20 miles. My wife's first brand new car I got for her bday. Only to get the run around and now stuck with a scratched up damaged car. Goto green family stores look at ratings I wished I would 1st! I know post is long but is necessary i hope nobody goes through what we did.
