Perfect. New sales guy, Chris, take care of him. He listens and cares New check in gal was Perfect. Everyone friendly. Old check-in guy now at Dodge- found me to say hi. Nothing beats a relationship. I'm buying a new Prius from Chris. Fairly soon. You'll beat others prices and I'll get your great service. I have decades long relationship with Mylas Copeland. 😉
Great dealership, very professional and easy to do business with. Payton was very helpful and eager to help with the purchase our 3rd Subaru .
My experience was fantastic from Steve ,Drew, Cody & stepf great ethics & attitude. Service was done in a timely manner as estimated. Thank you all again. Fantastic Job.
Mr Kia (Alvin Robinson) and the finance dept. (Nick Sinclair) we're very thorough and explained everything. I never felt rushed or pressured.
The reason I gave it a 3 was because I dropped it off at 8 am and was informed it should be done by noon. At noon I was on that end of town so before I headed all the way back home I checked on my vehicle and it still hadn’t been worked on. Very disappointing. Then I picked it up the next day because I didn’t have a ride back. When I picked it up they couldn’t find my paperwork. Then it was handed to someone that just takes payments and knows nothing about the vehicle. I had to ask several questions in which she couldn’t answer. She had to find someone else for me to talk to. When I first purchased my vehicle the service was excellent but seems to be going downhill. I expect someone to inform me about everything they did and explain it to me.
