My sales man Jose, was very helpful in every way possible. I was just looking to get a quote on a vehicle and he was able to help me get a vehicle and drive off the lot on the same day. He was patient and encouraging through my whole process. The customer service process with Jose was excellent and I would recommend him to all. Thank you Jose for all your help. We had the BEST experience at Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall. What a fantastic customer service team! We were thrilled working with Adam, who is their EV specialist on staff. He was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their EV lineup- Chevy is doing great things with their electric vehicles. Adam’s positive attitude is contagious. He was extremely polite and just a great ambassador for this dealership and the Chevy brand. Mike was incredibly helpful and patient with us as we worked through all of the financial details and gave us an unbeatable deal. We had a great time talking to Sam about protective coating and cars, in general. Monica was our first point of contact and she was also fabulous to work with. We have purchased three cars in IL and we highly recommend Adam, Mike, Monica and Sam to anyone who is interested in a new vehicle. I found a vehicle I was ready to buy and even had my mechanic perform a pre-purchase inspection. He found what appeared to be an improperly repaired leak on the rear differential (see photo). Instead of addressing a legitimate concern on a $30,000 vehicle, the salesman and used car sales manager, Dimitri, refused to do anything about it, other than 100$ off. What really changed my mind wasn’t the leak—it was the attitude. Dimitri was dismissive, argumentative, and unnecessarily rude to both my wife and me. Rather than trying to earn our business or find a reasonable solution, he acted as if our concerns didn’t matter. If this is how they treat customers before a sale, I can’t imagine how they’d handle problems afterward. I took my business elsewhere. I would recommend anyone shopping here get an independent inspection before purchasing and be prepared for poor customer service if an issue is found.
