Rogelio is the best salesman! My best friend's daughter was looking to buy a car for the 1st time. He was patient, personable, knowledgeable and accommodating. A few weeks after the purchase, I found out Rogelio had called to follow-up with Emily's recent vehicle purchase and asking how the vehicle was doing. She told me he had offered to pay for the repair that arose immediately after the purchase. Thank you for that!! Rogelio gives used car salesman a GOOD name! Went in this morning for routine maintenance. I hadn't used this dealership previously. My Son had purchased a car there some years back and suggested I try it. Well he was right. The staff answered any/all questions we asked and Ron has an exceptional knowledge of Jeep products and performance information that was more than just helpful. Once we started the closing process, Keith was awesome! The entire teams experience was evident during the entire process. My experience with this company was great except the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because no one called me to let me know my vehicle was done and ready for pick up. I had to call them. I waited all day to hear something about my vehicle and nothing. I dropped it off before 8:00 am and I didn’t get it until after 5:00 or later after I called to ask if it was ready. My stereo system is working better and I am thankful for that.
