Myself and my wife went in 3-18-26 awesome customer service at the time of trying to make a decision to get a vehicle, after about 4 hours found a vehicle yayyyyy right!!!!! Well 3-19-26 the truck breaks down on the side of the road 😱😪 immediately contact them, they said “they’ll come get the vehicle and if we leave before they get there just leave the keys, awesome response right? after we get home get settled, call them they say “your engine blew” can you get up here to get a loner vehicle? now if anyone got a vehicle from these ppl that SUCH IMPORTANT video they have you watch Specifically says WE DO NOT DO LONER VEHICLES, but any who, we get there they got us this big van ready which was on E had to stop right to the damn gas station it’s just ughhhh have not been a smooth car buy, and here it is 3-23-26 and haven’t heard anything about the truck that broke down, at this point I wish they would just give us or money back or go ahead and give us another vehicle, this is ridiculous.
