From the very beginning with the first call and pre-approval Grote Automative did everything in their power by listening to our every need in this shopping and buying experience! Bought a car from them about three months ago. The car had visible missing items like a door handle for the trunk and a case for the window camera. Where the wires and hardware were exposed Luis Rivera at the dealership, had mentioned that he would take care of us that he would get in contact with their auto care center. They will order the parts and put them on after we got the car hadn’t heard a word from him in like two weeks, followed up with him on Facebook message. About said car parts again we were told he’ll call over the weekend beyond to be on lookout for that phone call. No phone call was made made a second attempt again got the same response. They’ll be a phone call just look out for it and then here we are again. This is why I’m writing the review. Nothing has been done. Nothing has been ordered. Nothing has been put onto the car lesson learned as to make sure everything is in writing that they are gonna give you. Do not take word-of-mouth. Make sure you get it in writing and sign it when you’re doing your contract and all your financial things with them and again I was told that we would be recivving a “welcome packet” by the financial company that we got accepted for and I have not received no financial paperwork with that financial company so just be careful definitely would not trust these people again especially Luis Rivera
