Driving my son back from college and he came across a new Ram Power Wagon on Cargurus located at Douglas Dodge Inc. The advertised price was actually extremely appealing. So I sent a request on their website. I got an email early the next day from Rick Smock and spoke to him that afternoon. I asked about the price and he confirmed the advertised price was accurate. So I filled him in on my trade and he wanted to speak to the owner about the value. He asked if he could text me the quote and ended the call. After a few minutes I received the text with the breakdown. I asked for a little more for my trade and they gave me what I wanted. It took less than 5 minutes to make a deal. I picked up the truck the next morning and met the owner Tony Douglas and Rick. Great people to deal with. Ted Peoples in finance was no different. Zero pressure but really took time to break down an extended warranty. I walked out of there very happy. I have bought many cars but this by far was the easiest and fastest vehicle purchase I ever made. The entire process was maybe 30 minutes. Tony has a great dealership and great employees. Thank you for making a vehicle purchase pleasurable.

Was looking for a new Ram RHO and found exact match online at Douglas Dodge. Called to confirm vehicle availability and Tony (owner) answered my call and then I talked with Ted (finance). Both answered all my questions and asked if Tony if I could put a deposit down to hold the vehicle since we live in the Iowa City, IA area, which is ~3.5 hours away, and planned to drive over the next day (Saturday) to test drive the truck. A winter storm delayed plans a few more days and Tony & Ted were terrific - understanding and flexible to work with. When we arrived at dealership Tony asked how our drive was and showed us the truck which luckily was still sitting inside. Looked at truck which was freshly detailed, and chatted with Tony a bit. Loved the truck and Ted had all the paperwork ready go as we discussed. Ted didn’t try to sell us anything else so paperwork was quick. Tony walked me through some of the vehicle settings/setup so I could get back on road. Overall experience was great, 10/10; T.N.T. (Tony n Ted) are Dynamite! Highly recommend. Buying a vehicle, new or used, should be fun and enjoyable and this was. Best price around, pressure free, quick and easy, and enjoyable! Thanks guys!

Extremely happy with my purchasing experience! Zero waste of time. Just straight best offer from Tony their General Manager made the sale. All other dealers should work this way. Specially thank you to Marcus who is the best knowledgeable salesperson and super friendly person! Highly recommend to go to that dealer if you looking for Heavy Duty trucks or High Performance Trucks. They have a huge selection of them with lowest prices around. Drove two hours to that dealer and will be doing it again to buy my next truck!

This is a great dealership with very friendly staff. They offer a good selection of vehicles and are competitively priced. My son and I have both purchased Jeeps here. The entire process from start to finish was pleasant on both purchases (4 years apart). I highly recommend you check them out if you're in the market for a new vehicle.
