Todd Jones and the finance manger Dan worked very hard to help me find a car that worked with both of our budgets!! Best part is it’s my very first brand new car!!! I didn’t think it was possible to find a good car with my bad credit but my dad helped me out by co-signing and they were able to work around it so I appreciate everything you guys did for us yesterday I love this car!!!

He was very knowledgeable on the features of the car, and openly discussed missing features (such as not having a spare tire). I want to thank new car manager Dale Grinestaff and sales representative Troy Gregurich for an outstanding experience of purchasing a new 2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid. We purchased our Pallisade from Todd. We’ve always had positive experiences there with sales and service, except for our last oil change appointment. We had 3 recalls performed plus an oil change. We were there for 3 hours waiting…… we were not told it would take that long..when our vehicle came out, it was not washed, we also had to ask for our vehicle to be washed, another 15 minutes….. After that appointment we drove home and our vehicle did not move for over a week. When we got in it smelled like a dead animal…. Not to say it happened at Bob Brady, we don’t live in the country and that’s never happened… we popped open the hood, we noticed our coolant and the washer fluid was low, it made us think, did we get an oil change?? We called, no apologies, technician said bring it back in, we live an hour away. We took it to our local garage, they topped off the fluids and looked for the dead creature, couldn’t find anything…. That was $80… on top of the $90 we payed Bob Brady. We thought about telling Bob Brady about the dead animal smell but we figured they wouldn’t do anything about it… Needless to say, we will not purchase a vehicle and definitely will not return to the service department… it’s unfortunate…..
