Last week we just bought our 2nd vehicle from Ideal! Our first car we bought from the Mattoon location and had such a great experience there! This 2nd vehicle we bought from the Decatur location. Jeremy White was great to work with while we got all of our information together and submitted. When we went in for our appointment he had to unexpectedly take the day off so we worked with Diana Hughes and she was excellent! The process went smoothly and I got a vehicle that I love! I highly recommend them!

I got my car here had it for about 8 months now. I’ve been seeing bad reviews on things that blow my mind. I’ve had issues with my car due it being an older car and a used car I shouldn’t just expect it to run brand new but everytime they have literally went right in and fixed the issue. One time I got super upset and even then they was super kind to me. It runs smooth considering the issues I’ve had and i definitely don’t regret my purchase. Not to mention the price is perfect and the absolute do there best to help you out no matter what and stay in a range you are comfortable in. My dad also just got his car from here and hasn’t had issues at all. Definitely appreciate them for reasonable prices and always being there to help! Thank you!

This place took advantage of my ex husband Andi when we were in a desperate place. The predatory nature of their loans is ridiculous. Put me in a 2012 jeep compass priced at $16k. Had issues with it the whole time. The maintenance package is a scam, paid off $15k over 2 years before the car stopped being drivable, still apparently owed over $11k. This car was worth about $5-8k in good condition. Almost always messed up auto draft. People on the phone were rude every time I had questions about my contract…. This place is a total rip off. And I’d rather take the repossession on my credit and then continue to give them any more of my money. Don’t buy a car here unless you wanna leave worse off than you started. Whoever is leaving good reveals here is either getting paid to do it or works there.
