Bob Brady Auto Mall

I want to share my experience here at Bob and Brady‘s auto Mall. No one near my area had a rear stabilizer for my car. It was on backorder for a good amount of time and I was trying to get my car ready for the Fourth of July and I called Bob Brady auto Mall and I basically explain to them what I was needing. They were more than pleasant and I was driving three hours away and they were very understandable about it and they were very nice and the lady made sure to make sure that everything was all organized and ready for me to come pick it up. I am very happy and I have nothing but good things to say and she gave me a Honda bag, which was very nice of her if I would recommend you to come here, there are nothing but nice people and I am very, very, very happy with the service that they gave me that’s my experience here at Bob Brady auto Mall

I recently used Bob Bradys to purchase a new vehicle. My overall experience was top notch. I received full attention from Kyle and he took the time to talk through all my concerns. As well I felt fully supported beyond just purchasing the vehicle. I live in the city (Chicago) and have been looking for a vehicle for months. My daughter encouraged me to try Bob Brady as that is where she bought/services her vehicle. All I can say is "Wow!!" From the initial touchpoint from the sales manager all the way through point of sale, my experience was wonderful!! Eliesha was super patient as we tried a variety of vehicles. The Rubicon was my choice of vehicle and I am beyond happy. I will remain a life long loyal customer.

Dale has gotten me not one but two cars after working and exhausting every option possible. Dale has been honest with my husband and I in both car contracts. As long as Dale is still there then we will be loyal customers.

I have purchased many cars to this dealership in Decatur and the last time was devastating. After finding out they sold me a car that was not damaged once, but was in another accident, which is two accidents that they never acknowledged. I have seek legal action against this company until they can make it right with me. Here are the Carfax reports that were given to me by BMW dealership here in Champaign when I attempted to trade the vehicle in which I couldn’t because the damage was so severe, they wouldn’t take it or they would end up taking a loss for a trade-in.
