I recently leased a Hyundai Ioniq 9 from Bob Brady Hyundai. I am beyond thrilled with the whole experience! The Sales Manager Mike was phenomenal at making sure the deal happened, and knocked out every detail of the deal. It was a great experience and I love my new vehicle. Kyle was also amazing at getting me set up with all the technology on the vehicle! If you're in the market for a Hyundai go check them out. You will not be disappointed. One of the easiest car buying experiences ever!

Definitely worth the hour+ trip. I've never been to Bob Brady but decided to call about a new Palisade I might be interested in. After a pleasant chat with Adam, I decided to make the drive. Liking the car, decided to trade my current Palisade for the new one. We ran into a bit of a snafu and Mike diligently jumped in to work out a solution to my trade-in problem. I was very impressed on how well Mike resolved the issue. Kyle took the reigns a did an outstanding job finishing up the paperwork and demonstrating all the new Palisade technology. I've bought many cars over the years and mostly with good experiences. Working with this Bob Brady Hyundai staff was truly excellent and their commitment to high standards for customer service shows. Well done.

Kyle Costello helped me into a 2014 GMC Terrian and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. Took fantastic care of us made sure we were comfortable for our entire experience. Highly recommend.

I am absolutely thrilled with my 2026 Hyundai Tucson! First I fell in love with the one my husband brought home so I just had to go get me one! I saw a hybrid at Bob Brady so I called and made an appointment with Mason that night! He took me out for a spin and showed me all the cool unique features of which the 1st one he showed me blew me away. The park assist allows you to move the vehicle out of a tight spot!! Since I brought in a trade in, he worked with me and my husband for the best deal so I could drive away in my new Tuscon that night!! He still calls me periodically to check in with me and made sure I got the blue link set up and has also been assisting me with deleting the former driver profiles. We took a trip to the dealership on a whim and after getting some kinks worked out he took me to the service dept and got me in for an oil change and software update! I highly recommend this dealership and especially Mason if you’re looking for a new or used car!!

To preface, I rarely give 5 star reviews because that means everything is 100% perfect and that’s not very realistic in life. However, Bob Brady Hyundai has earned a solid 4+ overall. Kyle Costello - my salesperson deserves a solid 5 stars, as does Mike Weber the Sales Manager. So for that experience, I will give them a 5. I’ve had a few less desirable experiences over the last few years, however - the moment the owner and sales manager knew there were issues - they contacted me to sort through things (same day). They worked hard and provided me with a much different experience than I had previously experienced and were very transparent and honest which earned major bonus points. Everyone makes mistakes, and transparency goes a long way. The respect they showed me during my most recent experience and purchase has given me a much different view of this local establishment. I appreciate the attention to detail and again, Kyle was wonderful to work with! I highly recommend asking for him; his product knowledge and customer experience is top notch. I look forward to updating this review someday to include my experience after the sale with the service dept. Thank you again, Kyle!
