Magic Auto Sales, LLC

We ended up not buying a car from here. But it was not their fault. Turned out to be an outside reason (loan situation/banking). So we did have to turn around to look somewhere else. Writing this review because I wish it had not fallen through. They were so pleasant, kind and fun to talk to.

My husband and I drove up from Nevada to look at jeeps. The first place we went just rubbed us wrong. It seemed sleazy. We ended up at Magic Auto and had such a great experience. Never has buying a vehicle been so quick and easy. There was no bartering or any of that other usual nonsense. Johann was amazing. I swear every time he put something else in, it worked in our favor. They ended up getting us a great interest rate (far better than the other place), and after all was said and done, our payment ended up being LESS than what the other place quoted us for a vehicle that cost $8k more! We never once felt pressured or like we were being scammed. Johann was just cool and laid back and the other gentleman was a sweetheart. Definitely well worth the 4 hour drive!!

We had an amazing experience! Not only was the used vehicle we bought in very good condition but the salesman was honest and friendly and found is the best financing for us! Also when we bought our car there was a crack in the windshield from sitting on the lot and they got a hold of a windshield repair company and we got the windshield fixed for free! Cant recommend them enough!

I visited this dealership to look at a motorcycle that I found via a Facebook marketplace listing. after about a week or two of running around just to see the bike I learned that the bike had never had an oil change during its break-in, it was bought from auction, had more damage than was initially disclosed, and the battery was dead. I asked for simple things like the VIN and a time to come and see it but those two things alone were very difficult to pin down. we drove to Nampa once just to be stood up by the seller. once we finally saw it, we found more damage and that it was bought from auction. I've seen dozens of vehicles but this one was just embarrassing, especially coming for a dealership. after everything the seller told me I was trying to impress my girlfriend because I was pointing out problems that weren't disclosed previously. again, just embarrassing.... everything they have comes from auction. they don't seen to have the energy to even clean the cars they have in the lot. they definitely didn't change any oil. I'd just look somewhere else.

Worst people to work with. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. BUYERS BE AWARE. Straight up lied about the major problem in the car, took it back the same day but they refused to fix and behaved very rudely. Would not recommend to anyone.
