This place is great!!! Brian was easy to work with. I drove the truck and put it thru its paces, Its a 2007 Dodge Ram 3500HD 6.7L Diesel. I was a cash Buyer and they worked with me on the out the door price bringing it to my budget. 10/10 experience i totally recommend them if your in need of a vehicle!!!

I went to inquire about a Chevy Equinox. I told Brian call that I only wanted a soft credit pull to explore options. Before we started paperwork, he had already filled out paperwork for a hard credit pull. contained in his filled-out credit report contained information that I never stated to him. He made up items and added those items in my credit report. Sent the hard credit pull and received a negative response from his bank. Terms quoted to me was 24% for 36 months. This is not what I requested. I was looking for 48 + months. I informed brian call that this was unacceptable and violated my request for a soft credit report. I was expecting some negotiation regarding the adjustment of the terms, as is accepted used car and fulfills the good faith and fair dealing doctrine. Brian then became belligerent with me and starting cursing and belittling me. This guy does not know the concept of good customer service. His hostile tone and aggressive mannerisms led me to become concerned for my safety and I left the facility. I contacted Brian and informed him that due to his actions I was filing any complaint with agencies that I could find. He upped the disruption by stating that I was 86'd. In the common lexicon, I thought it was very odd to have a used car salesman threaten to perform a mob hit on me and I told him this. I requested the documents that were used to be mailed to my home. EXTREMELY BAD ACTORS!!!!!!

The is the worst private owed dealership to go to. First, they harass you and push you to purchase a vehicle from them, and keep you in the office literally all day making promises to fix things that are wrong with the vehicle then once the papers are signed and they have gotten their money they don’t respond to any communication. We purchased a pickup from this dealership and they promised to fix the windshield and never did. After driving the vehicle not even 300 miles there was more wrong with the it then was provided to us at the time of purchase and when we reach out to the dealership we get no response we can see they have read our message but will not respond. This dealership and the people who work there are con artists and will say and do wherever it is to get your money. If I could give them negative stars I would WORST PLACE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE
