Daily Driven Motors LLC. Nampa

Got financed and into my vehicle by Agustin he was very professional and friendly. He understood my financial worries and worked with me and helped me get into my Toyota. Very satisfied and greatful my friend Amanda Atencio referred me to this dealer.

Augustine the salesman sold me a car in March 2023 he went up & beyond. This man is a very very nice & super professional salesman, I'm super impressed with his ability of getting me into the right fit of car. Thank you Augustine 😊

These guys are lairs. They over priced the car we tried buying by almost $2,000 according to KBB then tried blaming the whole credit mess they caused on us after they said we were “approved” for the car. Stay clear of this dealership. Very unhappy with how they are handling our situation. They also run your credit months after without getting permission or asking/letting us know, trying to get us approved for a car we were already approved for. Worst car buying experience ever!! Now they took the car back with all our personal belongings in it and won’t let us have any of it back.

Yeah you would be best to not deal with this company as a sales person name of Augustin will make promises he can't and won't keep lead you on telling you one thing and telling his boss another. I agreed to purchase a vehicle with a faulty air bag sensor as Augustin made the promise of having it fixed, always saying they are having problems getting the parts after 3 months he finally said they would not have it fixed.

These guys are the epitome of "shady used car lot". They sold my good friend a lemon, then they avoid any and all help with said lemon. They avoid phone calls, and outright LIE saying they called back when they didn't. Amongst the list of unprofessional behavior, they are always blaming someone who no longer works there, passing the buck. It's the typical sleezy behavior of a used car lot that should be avoided at all cost. No one needs to hear your personal stories, while also being condescending to your customers who are being nice, while you have done them wrong. I don't know how businesses like this sleep at night. Stay tuned to a formal complain from the better business bureau and every poor review site I can find to warn others of your outright incompetence, horrible customer service, and what's more, awful cars you try to sell to innocent folks. If you are reading this, know that this is not a bot, this is not fake. You have been warned. Run.
