I’m sorry but this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. Every step of the process was professional and each person I talked to was knowledgeable and helpful. I can’t believe I had my trade-in picked up (at a fair price mind you), and my new car delivered within a half hour time slot. My delivery driver, Gabriel, was awesome. A true professional and a pleasure to talk to. I feel bad for car dealerships but I don’t think I’m ever buying a car outside of Carvana again.

This is my second purchase with Carvana and I couldn't recommend them enough. Purchasing was a seamless process and their staff both phone support and delivery driver were top notch. It's exactly the type of experience I want to have when purchasing cars. Zero headache!

This is my second purchase from Carvana and it was just as easy and seamless as the first one! The price you see is the price you pay - no haggling or wheeling & dealing. They update you along the way with detailed information of everything you need to do in order to get your new car. On drop-off day, Dorothea was fabulous! She was very professional and handled dropping off my new car and taking away my trade-in perfectly and quickly. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Ordered a Nissan Altima but cancelled that order within a few hours in lieu of a truck. Carvana had already taken my cash payment. As down payment for the 2014 Nissan Frontier I decided to purchase they deducted 6k and owed me a 13k plus refund. I researched and really studied all of the car fax and auto check info they had on the truck. Looked great and only had 60k miles. Yeah RED FLAG!! Wheen they delivered the Frontier the driver called me aside and said there was an incident during transport and stated that they would repair it for free. I said well why not? Wrong answer He left and I took my new ride for a test drive but only went around a mile when the transmission wen t out. COMPLETELY I immediately called them took inform them of my trouble and was told someone would return 2 days later to pick it up or I could exchange the truck. They even told me I could use my Carvana Care Protection to cover repair. NOT USING MY WARRANTY TO COVER AN INSTANT FAILURE ON A VEHICLE!! Now I am waiting for a full refund which they say could take 15 days. It only took 15 minutes to originally take my cash payment. Yes the young man Austin who handled the return was very nice but TERRIBLE experience overall Just now saw where Shaquille Oneil is the new face on the commercials. I respect him and his talent but not his judgement when pairing with Carvana. Don't misunderstand my post. This is my true experience and not an angry customer just really disappointed and still have no ride or my cash. And just to tell the whole story the return pickup driver used the wrong driveway and got stuck. I did the neighborly thing and got him out . After we did the return paperwork I asked for a copy. He said it would appear on my Carvana account. IT IS NOT THERE I HAVE NO RETURN DOCUMENTAION I have an email stating the truck order was cancelled but that is it. No break down at all of my return or refund. BUYERS BEWARE and I hope this helps someone .
