Aubrey was amazing to work with! He was friendly, patient, and made the entire car-buying process smooth and stress-free. He answered all of my questions and never made me feel pressured. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle!
Excellent service ! I purchased a 24 Honda civic but then got into an accident. I was so heartbroken but I wasn’t able to get another vehicle until later. So fast forward a year after my accident two years after my accident im a first time mom and I needed a bigger vehicle. I drove all the way from ATLANTA I was immediately met with Brian all around a great salesperson and very professional. I was really unsure if I was gonna leave with a car but they were able to work everything out in a great way !!! I’m soo happy with my purchase. Also a huge shoutout to the finance manager Greg he is tremendous overall I love buying my vehicles from Grainger Honda. Always will recommended. No matter the distance.
Went to Grainger Honda in August to buy my kid first car ( 2026 Civic Sport ) then came back 2 month later for myself ( 2025 Civic Type R ) . Alex was my first sale person then Brian help finish the deal for my kid car since Alex was off that day. I went back to Brian afterwards. Both Sale person was great to deal with. GM George works his magic at the end .
Rico was outstanding after a lot of phone tag back and forth through texts and missed calls I finally got a free day to go in and meet with the guy that had put so much work into getting me the car and pricing I wanted but when my wife joked around about trading in her SUV for a Van he wasted no time getting us an exact matching Odyssey to go with my Civic for a steal this was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I’ve ever had with an entire shop filled with accommodating employees making sure the kids had snacks and drinks they made it enjoyable and comfortable to get a car
Brian made my car-buying experience quick, easy, and enjoyable. The atmosphere was welcoming and positive, and the entire team was helpful throughout the process. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience
