I highly recommend Grainger Nissan. I started looking for a new vehicle and started on Facebook Marketplace, after several attempts of different car lots I remembered I spoke with Samuel Szabo on Marketplace. So I went into the dealership not expecting to walk out with anything. The teamwork they put in was spectacular. I was able to walk out with a 2026 Sentra. I was there all day but lefted there happy. WOW - as soon as i drove up to the service dept i felt like family! Gree and Megan were swift, i had a great warranty deal to cash in on and i was on the road! It feels like an authentically peaceful atmostphere. My preferred service location.

My wife and I found ourselves in an awful circumstance the Friday before Memorial Day. We were traveling from Upstate SC to Jekyll Island when my Altima’s transmission went out. I was able to have my vehicle towed to Grainger Nissan, and after some back and forth, they were able to assess my car in their service queue. I decided to proceed with having the service done with their team. Brandi and Kamar were very helpful, patient, and understanding. I had a great experience working with them, and they made an awful circumstance more bearable due to their incredible, professional service.

If I could rate this place 0 stars , I would . I dropped my car off last Friday to get my sensor put back on , the front right side of my 2017 Nissan Maxima! Like I mentioned I dropped it off Friday morning kept getting the same excuse “we are backed up we didn’t get you a price” I got that same excuse since last Friday . On Monday I picked up a rental car and then on Tuesday I called to speak to a manager because I felt like the car they put me in was an inconvenience plus me having to pay for a rental car was also an inconvenience. And once I spoke to the manager all of a sudden i was able to get a price plus she stated she would help me as best as she could with the rental car , didn’t honor that . Picked my car up today and was charged unnecessary money had to ask for my sensor back .from here on out I’ll definitely use vaden Nissan .
