Dropped my Wrangler off the night before it was scheduled for a battery check and an odd sound coming from beneath the chassis. I was called within an hour of the store opening and Leon informed me it would be at least 5 days before they could get to it. He was nice on the phone, but I wasn't happy that I'd be out a vehicle over the weekend and made it known. He apologized and either I asked to speak to a manager or he offered. Either way, I promptly received a text/call from the manager. By the time he called, I had already decided I was expecting miracles in the age of overworked mechanics, and the manager was willing to help me out with a car, but I decided I could make it a few days without the Jeep. Long story short, they called the following Monday(2 business days) and informed me the 2 batteries were toast, and the sound was from a cracked dpf. All of which were covered under factory warranty. Two weeks I got it back, but the clamp slipped on the exhaust a few miles from the dealer. They had it towed back and ready to go before the end of the day. I swear it has more power then it did before I took it in! To Leon Green, Wes Gibson, the mechanic that worked on this rig, and everyone in the service department, thank you for a job well done!

He walked us through every step of the process, explained all her options, and made sure she was comfortable with her decision with his calmness and excellent warm inviting energy. His communication was excellent throughout, and he made sure that we were not under any pressure and that my daughter really wanted the purchase. I had some warning lights come on in my Chrysler Voyager and, because I have a warranty, I called to see if they could help. From the moment I arrived, Drew provided outstanding customer service. He checked everything out, kept me informed, and made me feel confident that my van was in good hands. What really impressed me was the kindness and compassion of Miss Brenda. I’m a truck driver, and my terminal is about eight minutes away from the dealership. She took the time to drive me back to my terminal while my van was being looked at. A couple of days later, when Drew called to let me know everything checked out and my van was ready, I asked if Miss Brenda would be able to pick me up. Without hesitation, they made it happen and came to get me so I could pick up my vehicle. That level of customer service is rare these days. Miss Brenda is absolutely wonderful she’s friendly, genuine, and just an all-around cool person. I found out she used to be a truck driver herself, and maybe that’s why she understood exactly what I needed. She made a stressful situation so much easier, and I truly appreciated her kindness. They all contributed to making my experience truly outstanding. Stacey was fantastic! She was both professional and entertaining, guiding me through my journey of purchasing a new car.
