On September 2017 after a car accident I need to replace my work truck, well I was looking since May 2017 at a 2003 Chevy S-10 they got there for $4,000.00 plus taxes. I get the truck for $3,300.00 out of the door. Till this day I have the truck and is being a blast to drive, no problems just basic maintenance. Now I'm looking to sell it or trade for 2006 Mitsubishi Raider Crew Cab they have there since hopefully, the family will expand next year. Great place to buy a reliable used car for a decent price...

First of all, I want to highlight that I understand that all pre-owned vehicles are purchased as is and any risk associated with making a bad purchase is always on the buyer. I understand that I don't wish to shift any of the legal responsibility. However the ethical responsibility of selling a vehicle that any mechanic in a few minutes would be able to tell is in terrible condition for a premium price does leave a lot to be desired. I purchased a 2010 Volkswagen beetle from this establishment drove up from Orlando and understood that since it is such an old car with such low mileage it probably has some issues under the hood such as deteriorating rubber fixtures for being under driven. Well that is still the case The vehicle is covered in improper repairs, and things that will more than likely cost me more than the vehicle is worth to repair. I've been a premium for the vehicle at $7,500 and probably only value this car $3,000 even though it has low mileage. The interior was clearly improperly treated for mold deterioration on the leather, the frame and body under the carpet shows large signs of rusting, The engine mounts and all rubber fittings in the engine are in very poor condition to the point that when you put it in park the engine physically lurches forward, shock absorbers and brakes are all rusted, The convertible top is incorrectly built in and heavily rusted and shows signs of damage, All the metal in the cab is heavily rusted and much much more. I understand thought this is something that I will have to deal with now but for future buyers from this establishment I heavily recommend you have a third party mechanic examine the vehicles and ensure that they are in good condition beforehand as any decent mechanic will be able to look at this vehicle and see the extensive work and effort needed to get it back to a acceptable standard and as such for a dealership that also clearly has mechanics working there I can't help but feel like it was an unethical move on their part to spend 10 minutes looking at a car like this and feel it be acceptable to sell it in the condition that it is in but the premium price that they had allotted to it. Other than that company was easy to work with and people were fast and their communications but a big word of warning to everyone who looks to purchase from here, Don't take their word for the quality or condition of a vehicle in sure that you have a third party confirm its condition ahead of time. UPDATE: They are very fast to communicate and not doing that utmost to try and make the situation right such as sending some replacement parts to help and looking for replacement elements for me. I truly appreciate them doing their utmost to make the situation right.
