I had an outstanding car buying experience at Classic Cars of Palm Beach! I purchased a 2021 Lexus GX460 and couldn’t be happier with how easy and honest the process was. After dealing with typical dealership “games” elsewhere, I braced myself for more of the same. Instead, Jay and Michael quickly answered my questions, provided a buyer’s order, and even sent a walk-around video of the car—no pressure, no gimmicks. When we arrived, Chris greeted us warmly and gave us space to look over the car on our own. He tossed us the keys and encouraged us to take it for as long a test drive as we needed, even suggesting the highway. The car was exactly as advertised, and I appreciated the transparency. The buying process was just as smooth—digital paperwork on an iPad, no finance office pressure, and no surprise fees. Since I paid with a cashier’s check and didn’t finance, there were a couple fewer fees, they refunded me difference instead of pocketing it. That honesty really stood out. They also went above and beyond by throwing some gas in the tank before we left because it was low, and issuing a permanent plate on the spot. Chris, Jay, and the whole team truly make car buying different: no commission, no pressure, just straightforward and friendly service. Car dealerships have a bad rap, but these guys are the exception. Highly recommend!

Very positive experience buying my car here. The staff guided me step by step and made everything easy to understand. They were not pushy at all and gave me enough time to decide. The test drive was smooth and informative. The car was clean and well maintained at delivery. Overall a very reliable and customer-friendly dealership.

I'm a dinosaur. To be sure, I am the most skeptical on this planet. This is the first time I've bought a car in other than the traditional way. I was understandably nervous. I surely made a pest of myself. I had searched for days, when I ran across my beautiful car. But, it's in south Florida and I'm in northern Oklahoma. I feel like the folks at the dealership went over and above when dealing with this sap! It's not easy working with me when I don't have a clue. Anyway, I love Classic Cars of Palm Beach, and, if you're looking for a great deal on a fabulous vehicle, look no further. It took me days to find these folks.

Rating: ⭐ customer service is good however not a trustworthy dealership!!! Update - Update: After owning the car for less than 30 days and driving it fewer than 100 miles, a major issue has come up — a leaking head gasket valve. The dealership quoted around $6,000 for repairs, but I found a local German auto mechanic who can do it for $3,500. Unfortunately, the dealership won’t cover any repairs because the car was sold as-is. Buyer beware: Make sure to get a thorough inspection before purchasing any vehicle from this dealership. However, I want to personally commend Eric V. and Jay H. for providing an exceptional car-buying experience. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding communication made the entire process smooth from start to finish. I’m located in Virginia, and they’re based in Florida, but you would’ve thought I was right there on the lot. They made buying a car out of state easy and stress-free. From the initial inquiry to final delivery, they followed through on every detail and went above and beyond. Eric V and Jay H. have earned my trust, but not the dealership. Not Recommended now that no accountability on the owners part!
