Great Florida Motors

I’ve bought several cars from Great Florida Motors! Excellent communication. Vehicles I have bought have always been as described or actually better than described! Mr Cappelletti and his team have displayed the upmost integrity during the transaction. I will always use Great Florida Motors for my vehicle purchases whenever possible! Here’s my latest purchase from Great Florida Motors (2024 BMW X5)

Give these guys 10/10. Jeff was great to work with. Upfront and honest. Bought a tdi golf from Jeff and had it shipped up to mn. The whole experience was great. The only surprise I was left with upon the vehicle arriving was how great of shape the car was in! You never know buying a car without seeing it in person. Highly recommend working with these guys if they have a vehicle you’re interested in!

Outstanding experience dealing with Great Florida Motors. Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly during purchase process. Guided me through the entire process with patience, professionalism and genuine enthusiasm. Explained all features and made sure I was comfortable with the car. Honest, helpful advice. Would definitely recommend Great Florida Motors to friends and family and will be a return customer.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my used Mercedes-Benz E-Class sedan from this shop in West Palm Beach—even all the way from California. I’m based in Chino Hills and wasn’t very familiar with the different Mercedes models at first—I just knew I wanted a clean, well-maintained 4-door sedan. They did a great job guiding me to the right car without any pressure. From the beginning, communication was clear, honest, and responsive. They answered all my questions, provided detailed photos and information, and made me feel confident in my decision. Shipping was handled seamlessly, and the car arrived exactly as described—if not better. It was clean, well-maintained, and drove beautifully right off the truck. What really stood out to me was the level of trust and transparency throughout the entire process. Buying a car sight unseen could have been risky, but they made it feel easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, whether you’re local to West Palm Beach or buying from across the country like I did. Great experience all around.

Thank you Jeff for helping me with getting an affordable reliable car so I can finish school in peace. 🤣 that was my main concern when getting my second car, Jeff was attentive and patient the service was phenomenal. He communicated with me through out the entire process made sure I liked the car he also test drove the car to ensure it was in proper condition and did a full inspection. Overall I’m extremely pleased and greatly for my new baby, thanks again Jeff
