Back in 2023 I came across a pop up ad for this company on my phone while browsing for a 2014 Dodge Avenger R/T. Usually I treat pop up ads as scams but for some reason I decided to click on this one . I'm glad I did. Mr.Ernest is Mr.Honest. Viewing and buying a car over video call seems like a risky prospect but he made sure to show me every inch of the car that I questioned him about. We settled on a price quickly afterwards. He speaks brisk and to the point. He doesn't beat around the bush with customers. He is honest and doesn't waste your time. Big corporation car dealers will try to play "Good Guy/ Bad Guy" with you when it comes to purchasing a car. But not this company. Ernest didn't try to coerce me to do anything I didn't want to. Buying a car over the phone is already a foreign and scary idea; getting it shipped to me is another beast too. But again, Ernest did all of the work in setting up a third party vehicle shipping company to deliver my car to the address I requested. It's worth mentioning that the third party company did scratch the underside of my car- which wasn't VE Auto Gallery's fault. Ernest quickly came to my defense and DEMANDED that they give me a generous discount for the accident. That situation is rare but is something one must consider when shipping a car. Thankfully, the damage was minimal. The car *did* need a new transmission cover but that was an inexpensive repair . My friends and I love this car, and we still talk about the very specific sequence of events that led us to finding your business. Ernest, if you're reading this, thank you for selling me my car, "Bad Company" at a very honest price. And if everything lines up- I'll be looking to your business to get my next car too!

Terrible experience, BEWARE SELLS BAD CARS found his listing on Cargarus. SOLD me A vehicle that has 2 BAD catalyst converters,bad struts and power steering. OVER $5000 IN REPAIRS. Its illegal to sell cars with bad converters, but he still did and didnt give me any awareness of the issue...Purchased an "as is" car, which Im very aware that buying A 2009 would obviously be an investment and come into some repairs eventually. BUT, the owner Ernest told me the Mercedes 350CLK was serviced by his mechanic and runs great and ready to go! I took his word, I purchased the vehicle at $9000. out of state, I live in NY. The car was shipped to me cost 800$ it took 2 days to get the car, a few more days to get the title mailed to me, then registered... in NY they give u 10 day temporary inspection until u get it to A licensed inpections place. So I take it to the car would NOT pass emissions with codes and the check engine light appeared.. I reached out to Ernest the owner. He kept telling me I bought as is...and I should have bought A new vehicle, and Good luck Im on my own....although he told me this car was serviced and runs great. I drive A brand new GMC all year round, this vehicle was for A summer toy. Then he continued to tell me to do these mickey mouse tricks to get the codes off and put fuel cleaner in the gas tank. I didn NOT take this guys advice ...I took it to A reputable mechanic right away to make sure Im driving A safe vehicle.. if the codes are coming up that means something is WRONG. To find out this vehicle has 2 BAD catalyst Converter, bad right front strut and power steering issues. OVER $5000 in repairs. Now like I said.. Im aware I was getting into an investment, but never imagine being sold A lemon and being lied to by A certified used car dealership. He told me this car was serviced and ready to go. It was far from that and very illegal to sell A used car with bad Catalyst Converter. This car will NEVER pass inspections. Please consider going elsewhere to someone reputable or if your online shopping like I was. I highly recommend purchasing ur own inspection from your own mechanic before you hand over 10k to this man who is scamming people selling people lemons.
