I just bought a 2020 Ford Explorer Hybrid, I had the best costumer experience, Carolina and Anthony went above and beyond to help me and make everything happen. Buying a car can be super stressful but not here, we were given car fax, a test drive, she even had the oil and filters changed for me. I love my new mom car, thank you guys!

My husband and I were shopping around for a vehicle for him. We purchased it a month ago and we just wanted to make sure everything was good before we posted our review. We took our time checking vehicles out checking car faxes. He saw this Audi A7 super charge online and decided to go look at it. The Carfax was awesome! The salesman, I forgot his name, and owner Caroline were great to work with. It was a smooth purchase and my husband is very happy with it. I found out later My friend purchased a vehicle from them as well some years ago and she really loved her Mercedes. I would definitely buy from them again. It’s hard to find a good car lot that’s not a huge company trying to get you just to buy whatever.

Bought a challenger not even two days off the lot and it’s throwing a check engine light for the thermostat 😩 beautiful car but now I’m starting to wonder what I got myself into. UPDATE : Car threw a rod after two months, it’s unfortunate it’s a beautiful car again. I did buy it used but I didn’t expect it to be perfect. Unfortunately, I found out after the engine was taken apart that it has been tampered with before. No OEM parts and aftermarket seals. Bought the car for 13k and this is the bill for the motor. The owner was nice enough to find someone to put a motor in but unfortunately I can’t trust them.

I bought a car from them and 2 weeks later found out the engine block was cracked and had a bad oil leak. After I found out about it, I went back and informed them of it and was told that the vehicle was bought as is however as a courtesy they would help fix it by paying for the labour but we would have to pay for the parts. Now she has changed her statement and added that the line, "it has to be within 30 days of purchase." This was never said before, but was added today (06/04/2026) after I reminded her when she called me today about helping fix the lemon they sold me. It is ashame as a business owner that their word is worth as much as the drops that goes in your toilet. I will tell everyone to avoid them like you avoid aids. They have no integrity at all when it comes to standing behind what they sell. I would not have even given them 1 star however had to on order to continue with complaint/review.

Recently bought a 2014 Chevy Malibu, seemed like a good deal (which was the biggest red flag, if something seems too good to be true it usually is) so we purchased it the same day. The guy working with us seemed super knowledgeable and kept reassuring us that everything was good, no issues, a decent amount of miles but nothing crazy for a 2014. Not long after and I’m having to pay more than HALF of what I bought it for, to replace the Irreparable transmission. It stopped moving for me in the middle of the road at around 1 am. THEN, refused to take any accountability about the immoral business practices that are taking place at this establishment. I’d like to note that when questioned on what they would be able to do for us, it got semi-violent, in which the cops almost had to be called, luckily we were able to diffuse the situation. Please stay away from this business. I know it seems great when you’re desperate, but I promise you’ll be MORE desperate when you realize you’ve been scammed and have to pay even MORE money just to have a running car.
