I bought my car with them last August. It was my first time buying a car and I was nervous, but they put me at ease from the minute I walked in. I felt very at home, could ask any question I needed and was always met with compassion, patience, and kindness. Cristiane and Mauricio created an environment that makes buying a car more than a transaction. It wasn’t the cold and pressure filled environment you get in most places, they always respect your timing and are always available. Any time I’ve needed help since they were happy to help and we’ve built a bond of trust that lets me know they’ll never try to sell me a service I don’t need. I wholeheartedly recommend Car Point to anyone looking to buy a car.

Like many hopeful adventurers before me, I wandered into this dealership armed with equal parts optimism and skepticism. Dealerships have a well-earned reputation for transforming simple purchases into endurance events, so my expectations were… restrained. To my surprise, the experience was refreshingly straightforward. The staff answered my questions without making me feel like I’d accidentally signed up for a hostage negotiation. Even more shocking, they allowed me enough time to inspect the vehicle instead of hovering nearby with the enthusiasm of an overcaffeinated tour guide. I left with a BMW X1 that was exactly as promised. The paperwork was handled efficiently, the process was smoother than expected, and no mysterious “mandatory platinum unobtainium package” appeared at the last minute. The real measure of a dealership, however, isn’t how they treat you on the day they earn your signature—it’s how they treat you afterward. Since purchasing the vehicle, I’ve encountered a couple of minor inconveniences. Nothing catastrophic, nothing worthy of dramatic music or an insurance commercial, just the sort of little gremlins that occasionally accompany even well-built German engineering. What impressed me was their response. They took responsibility immediately, fixed the issues quickly, and didn’t charge me a penny. No finger-pointing, no elaborate interpretive dance explaining why it was somehow my fault, and no attempt to transform a simple repair into an expensive life lesson. Just professional service and a genuine effort to make things right. Were there a few moments of waiting? Of course. Bureaucracy is as inevitable as traffic lights and potholes. But throughout the entire experience, they proved that their customer service didn’t end once the keys changed hands. Would I recommend them? Surprisingly, YES! They sold me a solid BMW X1, stood behind it when a couple of minor issues appeared, and reminded me that not every dealership is secretly plotting against its customers. That’s about as glowing an endorsement as one can reasonably expect from someone who still reads every contract twice.

After a long day of searching for a car this was my last stop and every minute was successful and exceptional this is a very friendly family owned business with very great cars at GREAT prices I would HIGHLY recommend!! THANKS FOR ALL YOU'VE DONE!!
