So I bought a car like a week ago from Auto Easy. They told me the car had a system problems. After everything I went through, we were able to fix the problem. I’m really happy with how things were handled. The dealer stepped up, took responsibility, which I truly appreciate. Pepe was amazing throughout the whole process, great communication, very helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of the right way. Because of that experience, I would definitely recommend them.

This place is amazing, I’ve got an excellent deal. Jose was great he took care of my mom a few months ago, and I’m leaving here today with my first car. Same day, easy process. Definitely AUTO EASY. 😁😁😁

Giuseppe was beyond helpful. I came in with a set price in mind to drive off today and they worked with me on a plan in order to make it a reality on not renting anymore. I drove off with a beautiful Chrysler 300 off the lot with no issues thank you so much and I will return for all my future vehicle needs.

What an amazing day to buy a car a then I was helped by Harold an Pepe! Harold is new to auto easy but he made me feel at home , a comfortable with my sale. My wife and I purchased a vehicle for cash on May 12, 2026, from FREEWAY AUTO SALES of Tampa, a dealership operating under the license of AutoEasy LLC. The sales process itself was smooth, and we drove home with temporary tags. Our permanent registration was processed on June 1, and we picked up our license plate on June 9. At that time, we asked about our title and were told that it was still with the licensed dealer in Orlando and that we would be contacted as soon as it became available. Unfortunately, that never happened. Over the next two months, I made numerous phone calls to both the Tampa dealership and AutoEasy LLC in Orlando, sent emails and text messages, repeatedly requested updates, and even visited a local Florida DMV office to determine why we still could not obtain our title. The DMV representative informed us that our title could not be printed because the record showed "EFS Pending" and that the dealer needed to release the title before it could be issued to us. On July 8, I spoke directly with Jose at AutoEasy LLC. During that conversation, he informed me that, 57 days after our purchase, they still had not obtained the previous owner's signature necessary to complete the title transfer. He assured me that he would personally take control of the situation, complete the required paperwork, and submit the signed title to the DMV. He asked me to give him until Friday while the paperwork was being processed. I continued checking my MyDMV account throughout the weekend, but there were no changes and I was still unable to request or print the electronic title. Fortunately, on Monday, July 13, the title issue was finally resolved. The DMV system was updated, and we were finally able to obtain our paper title. Although I appreciate that the problem was ultimately resolved, it took more than two months, numerous phone calls, emails, text messages, a visit to the DMV, and repeated follow-ups before we received the title for a vehicle that had been paid for in full on the day of purchase. Another issue that concerns me is the amount of fees charged during the purchase. In addition to the purchase price, we were charged $450 for registration processing and $175 for an Electronic Registration Fee. What surprised me the most, however, was a $500 "Lender Processing Fee", even though this vehicle was purchased entirely with cash and without any financing. I still do not understand why a lender-related processing fee was charged in a cash transaction. This review is not about the vehicle itself. It is about the communication, the repeated delays, and the amount of time and effort that was required on our part to complete what should have been a routine title transfer. I truly hope no other customer has to spend weeks making phone calls, visiting the DMV, repeatedly following up with both dealerships, and waiting for the title of a vehicle that was fully paid for on the day of purchase. I appreciate that the issue was eventually resolved, but I believe the overall experience could have been handled much more professionally and efficiently.
