BUYER BEWARE! I so badly want to be happy with my purchase. I searched & looked for about a week for a specific year & make - a 2016 GMC Acadia. I was looking between a few but this seemed to be the better deal and most of the reviews left have been positive. When we showed up, I noticed a few cosmetic issues - loose plastic on seats, a back cover where the jack goes, foggy headlights & a broken rear AC control panel. NOT A BIG DEAL. Easily fixable/ replaceable. However, we did hear a squeaking noise from the back and asked about it so they sent the mechanic over. It was complete deception. He said the breaks were dirty and had just sat for a while and it would clean itself out upon usage. I asked about an oil change and was told all cars undergo a change. We went ahead and test drove it. I got in & the car was on E. It was so low there was no mileage left. I drove it just around the block because who’s putting gas in a car they don’t know if they’re buying? Let’s be real. We decided to go for it after being reassured all was well and we weren’t able to pick up the car until the next afternoon because they have to actually go to the dmv to register. No problem. We pick it up the next day and once on the highway and reaching high speeds, when I hit the breaks it shook like crazy. I immediately text them. It was scary to get the vehicle home & I had someone come look at it - ALL of the rotors are messed up, but the front two were completely warped. All 4 break pads were shot & there was almost NO oil in the car. The noise we heard in the back was actually a shock. One was changed, the other was still bad. Not dirty break pads as we had been told. I spoke with the manager and he agreed to fix the two front rotors and break pads free of charge after I purchased parts & the mechanic actually went and swapped the shock out for me since I had the part. That alone made me want to give a great review, but here we are. They fixed this today and I pulled out of the lot with a squealing front tire because the caliper is ALSO bad and they STILL didn’t say a word. Yesterday we had to change out the temperature sensor because it was running cold and the radiator fan wouldn’t shut off and now today the car is OVERHEATING! Despite the shock in the back being changed, there’s now a clunking noise coming from the back that needs to be diagnosed & the alternator belt is also bad. I’ve barely been able to drive this vehicle since I’ve bought it because it’s unsafe to do so with my children. They’ll probably respond saying something along the lines of “I took off the $595 dealership charge to help you when you purchased” but at this point it’s going to cost me more than that to get this vehicle to safety standards. I’ve already put so much money into it thinking “this is it” that it’s not worth taking back but nobody, and I mean NOBODY wants this many issues on a fresh off the lot car - USED OR NOT. It’s been a stressful week, my first payment isn’t even here yet and it’s already cost me so much and god forbid the current issue be the thermostat… right there alone is more than the $595 you “saved” me. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE. Anywhere else.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I purchased a vehicle on 6/17 the very next day it had a bunch of issues and wouldn’t drive. I took it to the dealership and they said they couldn’t do a refund and get me out of the contract. They sold me a faulty car ON PURPOSE
