The staff were helpful without being overwhelming, which made the browsing process comfortable. They provided detailed explanations about each option and didn’t mind repeating things when needed. I appreciated their honesty about pricing and availability. The purchase process was handled smoothly, although I had to wait a bit longer than expected for final delivery. Still, the overall experience was positive, and I’m happy with the car I chose.

I had a great experience at this dealership. I shopped online, saw the car I wanted and went in person to see it. Genesis was very friendly and knowledgeable throughout the application process. She communicated efficiently via email with my loan officer and made the process very smooth for me. Once everything was finalized the next day, David had all the paperwork and title ready when I arrived, he and his team had the car clean and ready for me. 🚙 It’s great to see a Dominican-owned business doing well for themselves and I’m glad I was able to shop here instead of a big dealership where I am just a number. I walked on the lot frustrated after weeks of car shopping from dealer to dealer. Jose greeted me immediately, and after listening to my requirements he showed me 3-4 cars that would fit my budget. He and Victor worked together to get my financing approved quickly. And even though I walked on the lot 30 minutes before closing they both were patient and polite. All of the guys working that evening were friendly and helpful. I chose Orlando Auto Mall based on other reviews and I was not disappointed. I definitely would recommend. No hard sales, just friendly and helpful.

came to see a car one day and the next day they asked us to come in to talk about pricing and told us the car was sold... then i saw the car listed on 3 different accounts on facebook marketplace. probably dodged a bullet since other reviews say the cars are lemons. dont buy from here

Wish I could give ZERO stars. Horrible place. Sells lemons. My son's transmission went out within 2 months of purchase. Also it took a month (after paying the down payment) to even get the car because their "issue tag" system was down. Run as far away as possible from here.
