This is a great dealership with honest staff, which is very rare to find these days. They told the truth about the car and the work they did to it and were straightforward the entire time. There was no point at which I felt like they were trying to trick me or lying. The car I bought has been performing well with only minor issues. Before my purchase they put new tires on it as well as resealing the rear windshield, which is a big part of why I liked this dealership so much. However, given the amount of prep work they did to the car before selling it, I was surprised to find some minor problems. The car has a chip in the windshield, the key didn't work to remotely unlock it, the tires aren't balanced right which is leading to highway vibrations, the wipers immediately needed to be changed, the rain sensing wipers don't work, the AUX port doesn't work, and for some reason the car has only been getting 20/22 miles per gallon on the highway instead of the advertised ~29. Realistically, none of these are major problems—if I fixed all of them it would cost me less than an extra $1000. I bought a sixteen year old car with 130,000 miles on it. The car is realistically worth $6K, but given the condition and work done I was willing to go higher. This dealership will not do any sort of negotiation, so the price you're seeing is what you should expect. With fees on top I paid $8.5K for the car. I assumed that was the out of the door price since we had talked about tag and fees before I paid and left the dealership. About a week later they called me saying I owed an extra $40. On the phone they said they'd take a look at the wheel balancing for me if I came down (for reference, I live an hour away) and I was pleasantly surprised. I drove down to the dealership for a two hour round trip so I could take care of both at once. Upon arriving I was told that they were unable to look at it or help with the balancing. So... I like this dealership, and I like the people who work there—good, genuine people. The car seems mechanically sound and everything major works. Given the list of problems with the car and the very high price I paid for it, I was expecting them to cover any tag differences that came up (the man who sold the car to me referenced just calling it an even price when sold, so it was reasonable). But they didn't, so I find it hard to give them five stars. I'd recommend coming here and buying a car, what they sell seems to be in great shape and I'm sure you'll walk away happy. But because of my annoyances post-purchase and the very high price, I can't really give them five stars.
