Very disappointed with my experience. On Friday, after receiving all the information and videos I needed, I had Jamie send me a purchase order so I could secure financing through Space Coast Credit Union. I immediately submitted everything, but the bank couldn’t provide final approval until Monday morning. I informed Jamie, and he assured me that wouldn’t be a problem. When I called Monday after being approved, Jamie told me another customer was already on their way to look at the vehicle. After spending time gathering paperwork, securing financing, and keeping the dealership informed every step of the way, I felt blindsided. I understand vehicles can sell quickly, but I don’t feel the dealership honored the understanding we had. The experience left me feeling that my time and effort as a serious buyer were not valued.
