I had a great experience buying my first ever car. I had the cash to practically buy in full. I had almost 0 credit and Jeff worked with me on making payments on the small amount that was left on the car. I bought a 2011 jetta with very low miles and the car has been nothing short of amazing! I have went back a couple times for little things I needed like a nail in the tire or a/c issues. Jeff and Jon always get to the bottom of it. They plugged the nail in my tire for me for free. Definitely an honest place to purchase a used car at lowest prices and great quality.
I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle here. Russell was very helpful, worked hard to meet my needs, terms and conditions. Upon leaving, I noticed the air conditioning wasn't working properly. When I brought the car back, it was determined it needed a new part. The owner replaced the part and got the air working perfectly. (Even though the warranty didn't cover it, there was no charge to me) They really stand behind their products, and provide outstanding customer service!
Stay away from these ppl called to check them out told me they do buy here pay here then acted like he didn’t want anything to do with me. Asked about a $9500 car and told me I had to put down $4500 what a joke. They only care about you if you have a 700 or higher credit score for that I’d go to a real car dealer get better cars with a lot lower miles Funny I bought a WAY nicer car than you had on your lot a 2020 accord 2.0 turbo with $1500 down before my bankruptcy even went through. It’s ok you lost money and a customer for not willing to work with ppl. Also my credit is already almost back to a 700 and I’ll never have to deal with dirt ball car lots like yours ever again
