Looked online for cars and found a few that we liked. Used the link to determine if they were still available and received a phone call back within 30 minutes, and this was in the evening. Setup an appointment to meet with the salesman the following day, and rode out with a new vehicle(for us) in less than 3hrs. Everyone was amazing, Shane Murphy was our salesman and he was outstanding, and has even helped us since the purchase with any questions we had. Excellent experience, the price shown on the internet reflected what we were told was the price when we got there, unlike other dealers. We came away very happy with our purchase and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone to go there for a pre-owned vehicle, given our experience.

I drove 7hrs from another state to purchase a vehicle from Regal. The drive was well worth it. Their inventory and selections was amazing. My overall experience was A+. The salesman Ben, was very helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns. Working with Shane to get all of the paperwork done was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend Regal to anyone looking for a great vehicle from a great dealership.

I went today and brought a vehicle today. I was very pleased with the service. The person I spoke to assured me that I would leave with a vehicle with the requirements and money down, I didn’t believe him because a been to three different car dealerships and they all said the same thing. Luis Mangione the person who took care of me, really took the initiative to help me get into a vehicle. Got me approved over the phone in a couple of days so I wouldn’t drive there for nothing. He really bent over backwards to make a deal happen, I am very grateful and appreciative. Thank you so much Luis for keeping your promise. Also thank you to everyone else who helped. Good experience! Nice vehicle in good condition. This was my 2nd used vehicle I’ve bought from Regal. My salesperson, Jhonatan, was very helpful. He went over & above to provide me with great service & help me get the best deal.

I had the best experience yesterday with Mike Davis as my sales guy and Chris Snyder from finance. it was very laid back and no frills except the beautiful car Mike was able to find me... he literally made it stress free from start to finish, I would recommend him and his team to anyone who asks...Go check them out, Mike Davis he's the one!!!
