My sales person was DONE DEAL DAVE he was great he was friendly. He was a attentive. I explained I’m my mom of three my daily schedules is like how I need to get around I purchased a 2018 GMC Acadia. The test drive did this car no justice it is a phenomenal ride. Dave with me through the entire process, documents were emailed only took about two hours only because I came late in the evening. He offered to follow me home in new car so I wouldn’t have to leave the current vehicle. will be buy 3rd vehicle from Dave. the only reason I gave four stars because the finance guy wasn’t so great. He added all these extra packages to my deal and when I called back to have them removed the way he spoke to me wasn’t nice. He was very short and rude said removing them wouldn’t lower my payment . So I emailed the finance company had the extra packages for five years of oil change i thought were free ,gap insurance, and total loss insurance. If the car gets stolen removed. Dropped my car payment $100. I know I take a chance buying a car single as a woman, but I felt l very safe with Dave he even explained Onstar to me and I love the bonus features of it but be careful when signing your documents with the finance guy. .

My wife and I just bought a car here the car looked amazing drove great and no problems thus far, but after test driving the car my sales person Douglas asked about a trade in and I said i was unsure might give it to my brother it was not with me but asked if i gave him some photos and the vin could he give me an estimated to the best if his ability due to the car, not being there he said that “ we always match Kelley Blue Book instinct cash offer” so we work through some if the details and tell him we needed more time to think put a deposit down, went home and asked about my car again i did the Kelly blue book Insta cash offer and got 1300 and some change was texting back and forth and they said they would have to see the car. We get there and the manger who never spoke to us quickly walked around the car, and Douglas wrote down the miles he went in the office and Douglas came walking out and Said 1000 is the best they can do. I said what about the kelly blue book cash off he then said that is for only vehicle vehicles that don’t have 3 accidents. Douglas also informed me that charge a 1300 refurbishment fee but would be willing to remove it if they deemed it warranted as in they did not have to do much. He came back with the service records and said that the manager said it was warranted i looked the service records over and they only thing they did was an inspection oil, change, and change the wiper blades totaling $600 and after saying that did that really warrant charging the customer $1300 for that he said his hands were tied. Justice and financing, though was amazing entered every single question I have even if it seemed ridiculous, offered advice, and opinions, even after choosing not to do any additions. Overall, not the best experience. Seems like maybe a change in management could really improve this place.

Our sales guy was great ! But the car they sold us had transmissions issues within the first couple days. I wouldn’t personally recommend people to buy from there. If you need a car might as well go to Toyota and get your moneys worth. They even “fixed” the car with the warranty and it wasn’t fixed. I feel as a company they have a lack of care for their customers and care more so about money. Spend your money somewhere else rather than this place. Our sales guy was great but that was the only good thing about that place.
