Troy and Stan at the GMC dealership were great but the detail shop was really terrible. They did more damage to my new truck than I expected. The truck looked worse after it was taken for detail it looked worse than when I test drove it. Knowing about detailing they never cleaned the center of the hood and looked like they used a damp rag to wipe the truck down causing small scratches over the entire truck. Chrome was not cleaned nor the windows nor windshield. All they did was moved dirt around the new surface because they was no water dripping from the truck when I accepted it. I worked on this truck for two hours trying to get the paint corrected from the poor detail completed at the Regal dealership. I feel they owe me a complete detail for my truck. Really was embarrassing driving an expensive truck back to North Carolina. Do realize also that they have major construction on the street in front of the business and all the dirt and dust was only used damage my paint by not using the proper technique to wash my new vehicle.
